The space

This apartment is located on first floor of the house.
On the same floor there is another apartment.
These apartments share the large terrace with the magnificent view in different facilities.
Property consists of:
1 bedroom with a king size double bed and wardrobe. The external door leads to the terrace. The curtain of this door is a unique piece of the last century, a valuable example of weaving of Anogia that still, to a small extent, survives.
1 bathroom, shower with cabin, towels and shower gel-shampoo and toilet.
1 small kitchenet with full equipment, custom made antique kitchen furniture and window with magnificent view.

The entrance is located on the main road (Michalis Skoulas Street) in the picturesque district of ”Perachori”, in Anogia.
A few meters further is located the house of the unforgettable world famous singer Nikos Xylouris and the central square with cafes and taverns.
A large handmade iron door under the stone arch leads through the courtyard of the ground floor to a staircase that in turn leads to the first floor where the apartment is located.
The ground floor and the courtyard were formerly the legendary tavern ”Prasini Folia” that connected its name with the cultural and economic development of Anogia in the 1970s and 1980s mainly culminating in the famous ”Musical Competitions of Anogeia” by Manos Hadjidakis.
All the famous visitors of that time had been customers.
