This open-plan apartment is located on groundfloor of the house.
On the same floor there are thee more apartments.
Property consists of:
1 bedroom with a double bed . The external door leads to a private balkony. The curtain of this door is a unique piece of the last century, a valuable example of weaving of Anogia that still, to a small extent, survives.

Beuatyful old furniture make the living room space in front of the fire place a warmand a peaceful place to stay.
Toilet, 1 bathroom with comfortable shower with towels and shower gel-shampoo.

The main entrance of the building is located on the main road (Michalis Skoulas Street) in the picturesque district of ”Perachori”, in Anogia.
A few meters further is located the house of the unforgettable world famous singer Nikos Xylouris and the central square with cafes and taverns.
A large handmade iron door under the stone arch is the main entrance of the main building.
The ground floor and the courtyard were formerly the place of legendary tavern ”Prasini Folia” that connected its name with the cultural and economic development of Anogia in the 1970s and 1980s mainly culminating in the famous ”Musical Competitions of Anogeia” by Manos Hadjidakis.
All the famous visitors of that time had been customers.
